Refunds
Here at Poppy Seed Soap Co., we value the safety and cleanliness of our products for our customers. Therefore, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for our bath/body products and will not resell any product that has left our hands. Should you have a concern with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to offer you an alternative solution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for our bath/body products, but should you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us with a photo and we will make that right as soon as possible.
